Timesheets & approvals
Each person logs their own day against a client in under a minute, from a laptop or a phone. Managers approve a whole week in two clicks. Approved hours then drive payroll, invoices and reports, so nothing is typed twice.
The timesheet shows one person's week: which client, what they did, how many hours. Day, week and list views, a running timer for people who prefer it, and a copy-last-week button for teams whose weeks look alike. Drafts stay editable until the week is submitted; approved entries lock.
CrewClock checks every evening who has not logged the day. Weekly offs, public holidays and approved leave are skipped, so people are only reminded when they should have logged. The owner sees a live list of who is missing today, and can limit how far back someone may backfill without asking.
Submitted hours arrive grouped by person and day. An approver can approve everything, pick entries, or reject with a note the person sees right away. Approvers are set per client or per person, with a backup approver who steps in when the primary is on leave.
