Invoicing
Pick a client and a period. CrewClock groups the approved hours by rate, builds the invoice and attaches a timesheet annexure the client can check line by line. Record payments as they arrive and see who is overdue.
Each client has a bill rate and a currency. When one person is billed differently, set an override for them. Rates have effective dates, so a rate change from next month does not touch this month's invoice.
The invoice lists hours by rate; the annexure lists every approved entry behind those hours, by person and day. Both come from the same approved timesheet, so the client never finds a line that does not add up. Add a manual line for expenses or a fixed fee when you need one.

Record full or part payments against an invoice. The aging report shows what is outstanding per client and for how long, and the profitability report puts billed revenue next to payroll cost by client, person and month.
