Terms of Service

CrewClock by Dynamics Bridge · last updated 8 October 2026

The agreement between you, your organization and us when you use CrewClock. Written in plain language; the headings are for guidance only.

1. Who we are

CrewClock is a timesheet, leave, payroll and invoicing service ("the Service") provided by Dynamics Bridge ("we", "us"), reachable at https://dynamicsbridge.com and contact@dynamicsbridge.com.

These terms apply to every organization that subscribes to the Service ("the Customer") and to every person the Customer invites to use it ("Users"). By activating an account you accept these terms on your own behalf; the Customer's owner accepts them on behalf of the organization.

2. Your account

Accounts are invite-only. Keep your password private and tell your administrator at once if you believe someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is done with your login.

Each Customer has one owner (Master) who controls the workspace, its users and its data. We act on the owner's instructions for that workspace.

3. Subscriptions, trials and payment

The Service is sold as a subscription with a set number of seats (logins) for an agreed period. Free trials give full access for the trial period, after which a paid plan is needed to continue.

Payments are made to Dynamics Bridge by the method agreed with the Customer (normally bank transfer). Access is extended once payment is recorded. If a subscription lapses, Users cannot sign in until it is renewed; the Customer's data is kept for at least 90 days after expiry so it can be exported or the subscription resumed.

Prices and seat limits are those agreed in writing with the Customer. We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice.

4. Acceptable use

Use the Service only for lawful business purposes and only for your own organization. Do not attempt to access another organization's workspace, probe or overload the Service, upload malicious files, or use it to send unsolicited email.

You must have the right to enter any personal data you add about employees, contractors or clients, and you must keep it accurate.

5. Your data

Everything a Customer and its Users enter (timesheets, leave, salaries, rates, invoices, documents) belongs to the Customer. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with other customers.

The owner can export the full workspace at any time through us, and can ask us to delete the workspace permanently. Deletion removes all data and uploaded files and cannot be undone.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we store, where, and for how long.

6. Availability and support

We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but it is provided as-is and may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades or events outside our control. Daily backups are taken; we will restore from backup if data is lost through a fault on our side.

Support is by email at contact@dynamicsbridge.com during Pakistan business hours.

7. Liability

The Service helps you record and calculate hours, leave, pay and invoices, but the Customer remains responsible for checking the figures and for its own legal, tax and payroll obligations.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the subscription fees paid by the Customer in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data that could have been exported.

8. Ending the agreement

The Customer may stop using the Service at any time; fees already paid are not refunded. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously breached or if fees remain unpaid after reminders.

On ending, the Customer may request an export of its data within 90 days, after which the workspace may be deleted.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the current version is always at this address with its date. Material changes are announced inside the Service at least 30 days before they apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute is first discussed in good faith; failing that, the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction.
